Terms & Conditions — jalibd Platform Rules and Player Obligations
These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jalibd. By accessing or using any part of the jalibd platform — including the casino, sportsbook, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Access to jalibd is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years and above. Age verification is conducted during account registration and at the withdrawal stage. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and the balance handled per our responsible gaming policy.
Each player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one jalibd account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered using different names, email addresses, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
All players are required to engage with jalibd's platform honestly and in good faith. Any attempt to exploit software errors, manipulate game outcomes, use automated betting tools, or coordinate play with other accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated balance.
Players must only use payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfers — that are registered in their own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are prohibited. jalibd is not responsible for losses arising from payments made using accounts belonging to another individual.
Players are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their jalibd login credentials. jalibd will never ask for your password via any channel. Any activity conducted from a player's account is treated as authorised by that player. Report suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] immediately.
jalibd is intended for use by eligible adult players. It is each player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using online gaming platforms is lawful in their jurisdiction. jalibd does not represent that use of the platform is legal in all locations and accepts no liability for players who access the platform from jurisdictions where such activity is restricted.
Section 1
Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility
By registering an account on the jalibd platform, accessing any of its services, placing any bet or wager, or making any deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using the jalibd platform immediately and contact [email protected] to request account closure.
To be eligible to register and use a jalibd account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. jalibd enforces a strict 18+ policy across all products and services on the platform. Players under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use any part of the platform under any circumstances.
- You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of another person, or by automated systems, bots, or third-party registration services, are strictly prohibited.
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion order — either self-imposed through jalibd's responsible gaming tools, or imposed by jalibd's compliance team — that is currently active.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of jalibd or any of its game provider partners, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
- You have not previously had a jalibd account terminated for violation of these Terms & Conditions, and you are not attempting to re-register following such a termination without prior written authorisation from jalibd's compliance team.
- You are accessing the platform using a device and internet connection that you are authorised to use, and you are not accessing jalibd from any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
jalibd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during a player's relationship with the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period — typically 72 hours of the request being made — may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.
Section 2
Account Registration and User Obligations
Each player may hold exactly one account on the jalibd platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, bKash accounts, or IP addresses — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts at the time of discovery.
When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all mandatory fields. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. jalibd will use this information to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you regarding your account. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jalibd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must not allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf. Any transaction, bet, deposit, or withdrawal made from your account is treated as having been made by you personally, regardless of whether you authorised that specific action.
Players are required to keep their contact details up to date. If your email address, mobile number, or residential address changes, you must update your account details promptly. jalibd is not liable for account communications — including security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and promotional offers — that fail to reach you because your contact details are outdated.
- Username and Password: Choose a strong, unique password for your jalibd account. jalibd recommends a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
- OTP Verification: jalibd uses one-time password (OTP) verification via your registered Bangladesh mobile number for new device logins and withdrawal requests. Ensure your mobile number is active and accessible.
- Suspicious Activity: If you suspect that your jalibd account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the support team immediately at [email protected]. jalibd will investigate and may temporarily freeze the account pending resolution.
- Account Closure by Player: You may request closure of your jalibd account at any time by contacting the support team. Pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course before the account is closed. If a responsible gaming self-exclusion is involved, specific conditions apply — see Section 7.
- Account Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive — meaning no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placed — for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. jalibd will contact the registered email address before applying any inactivity handling. Details of jalibd's dormant account policy are available from the support team.
Section 3
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Rules
jalibd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, bet amounts, winnings, and bonus values are denominated in BDT. There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals, and jalibd does not charge fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. Your payment provider — such as bKash, Nagad, or your bank — may apply their own transaction charges, for which jalibd bears no responsibility.
Deposits are credited to your jalibd account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by jalibd, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes of the transaction being confirmed on your payment provider's side, contact the support team with the transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are processed by jalibd's payments team following completion of identity verification. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and three Bangladesh Standard Time business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before identity verification is complete will be held pending documentation.
- Own Accounts Only: All payment methods used on jalibd — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank — must be registered in the same name as the jalibd account. Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
- Withdrawal to Original Method: jalibd applies a return-to-source policy where practicable. Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to provider constraints. Where this is not possible, the payments team will agree an alternative method with you.
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML): jalibd's AML policy requires that deposited funds be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request is accepted. This requirement exists to prevent the platform from being used as a funds-passing mechanism rather than for genuine gaming activity.
- Refused Withdrawals: jalibd reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. The player will be notified of the reason to the extent permitted by applicable compliance obligations.
- Deposit Errors: If funds are credited to your account in error — due to a technical fault or payment processing issue — you are obligated to notify jalibd immediately and must not wager those funds. jalibd reserves the right to recover erroneously credited amounts from your account balance or from future withdrawals.
Section 4
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
jalibd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between offer-specific terms and these general conditions, the offer-specific terms take precedence.
Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds in your account balance. In most cases, wagering requirements must be met on bonus funds before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable to sports bonuses), expiry date, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings are all specified in the individual offer terms. Players should read these carefully before opting in to any promotion.
- Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times on eligible games or markets before a withdrawal can be requested. Contributions from different game categories towards wagering requirements vary — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute a lower percentage, and certain game types may be excluded entirely.
- Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date, after which unused bonus funds and associated pending wagering requirements are forfeited. The expiry date is stated in the individual offer terms. jalibd does not extend bonus expiry periods as a matter of standard practice.

- Bonus Abuse: jalibd monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of systematic bonus exploitation, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or qualifying bets solely to clear wagering requirements, using automated betting patterns, or coordinating bonus claims across multiple accounts.
- Seasonal and Event Promotions: jalibd periodically offers promotions tied to Bangladesh sporting events (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), cultural occasions (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day), and platform milestones. These promotions are governed by their own offer-specific terms and are open to eligible players only. Players opted into self-exclusion or subject to account restrictions will not receive promotional communications.
- Withdrawal of Bonus Offers: jalibd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any offer already accepted and in progress by an eligible player will be honoured subject to the terms in place at the time of acceptance.
Section 5
Game Rules and Sports Betting Conditions
All casino games available on the jalibd platform — including but not limited to live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, game shows, video slots, jackpot slots, and RNG table games — are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real-money funds. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's on-screen rules and any description elsewhere on the jalibd platform, the game's own rules take precedence.

- Bet Acceptance: A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the jalibd sportsbook system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during periods of odds suspension — for example, during a cricket wicket review or a video referral in football — may be voided at jalibd's discretion.
- Obvious Errors: If a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly the result of a pricing error — including but not limited to decimal errors, inverted odds, or erroneous in-play pricing during a live event — jalibd reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account.
- Match Abandonment: In the event that a cricket match, football fixture, or other sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach the minimum required completion threshold, bets will be settled according to jalibd's event-specific void and abandonment rules, which are published in the sportsbook help section.
- In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during the event. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted. jalibd uses automated systems to manage in-play odds and suspension triggers and is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to place a bet before a market suspension takes effect.
- Maximum Winnings: jalibd applies maximum single-bet and daily winnings limits. These limits vary by sport, market type, and bet size. Players placing high-value bets are advised to contact the support team to confirm applicable limits before placing. jalibd is not liable to pay winnings in excess of the published maximum limits for any market.
Section 6
Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension
jalibd maintains the integrity of its platform by enforcing a strict code of conduct for all registered players. The following actions are explicitly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of account balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account on the jalibd platform, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or in any communication with the jalibd support team.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or conduct any other activity on the jalibd platform without prior written authorisation.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void. Players who discover a bug are expected to report it to [email protected] rather than exploit it.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in live poker, or coordinate betting patterns to abuse platform promotions or exploit sportsbook pricing.
- Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials, unauthorised access to another person's bKash or Nagad account, or chargeback fraud.
- Using the jalibd platform for any money-laundering activity, including depositing funds and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
- Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward jalibd's support team or other platform users via any communication channel.
jalibd reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion that any of the above conditions have been breached. During a suspension, the player's ability to deposit, withdraw, and place bets will be restricted pending investigation. jalibd will communicate the outcome of its investigation to the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.
Section 7
Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
jalibd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. The platform offers a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible directly from your account settings panel at any time, without requiring contact with the support team. jalibd strongly encourages all players to use these tools proactively.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
jalibd provides its platform on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jalibd's aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jalibd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- Interruptions to internet connectivity, mobile network failures (including Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or Airtel Bangladesh outages), or device-level technical issues that prevent access to the platform.
- Delays in bet placement or deposit crediting caused by third-party payment provider outages, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay system maintenance.
- Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses resulting from account suspension or termination for prohibited conduct.
- Unauthorised access to a player's account where jalibd has fulfilled its obligations with respect to platform security and OTP verification systems.
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not jalibd was advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law. Any dispute arising from the use of the jalibd platform that cannot be resolved through the support team will be subject to the dispute resolution process set out in jalibd's complaints policy, a copy of which is available from the support team upon request.
jalibd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
